This Panagbenga Festival is a festival which happens through out the month and this happens in the city named Baguio,the winter capital of Philippines.This flower festival is to dedicate the blooming the flowers.The festival of flower happens in the month of February and this is the time of
blooming flower.In this festival people also dance by decorating themselves with beautiful flowers.In Phillippines the people are celebrating the festival from the year 1995.
